I'm not trying to be autocratic and I didn't mean any malice, I just think this is kind of useful to hear about new acts people may not have heard of that people could look out for on festival line ups. Jack White and his former bands are fairly well known, and we have multiple shit threads where people swoon over him, would rather it clogged one of those up than this one which has a bit of purpose.
