Collection Wristbands Festivals

Dear all,

My name is Max, I'm a student in Holland, Amsterdam. I am 21 years old and I love festivals! After a few years of visiting a lot of different festivals around the world, I have collected a lot of different wristbands. I was wondering how many of you guys also collected some of these wristbands?

For example I have some from, Sziget 2011/12/13, Lowlands 2011/12/13, Pinkpop 2012,13 and Tommorowland 2012. These festival were amazing, Had the best time of my life there. Some memories means a lot to me!

A few months ago I was looking for a way to save my wristbands on a more creative, fun and crazy way. After a while I couldn't find exactly what I wanted and decide that I had to create something on my own. I wanted to give the Festival lovers the possibility to save there memories ( wristbands ) on a more creative way. A special memorie which is worth a lot to some people. So i decided to make something on my own which had the following result: www.frozenmemo.com!

I contact several suppliers of wood to make sure that it is responsibly managed wood. I found a company who delives wood with the trademark 'FSC'. This means Forest Stewardship Council. An (international) dutch trademark which means that the wood is from a protected area. So of course I tried to do something for the whole environment. :)

Please let me now what you guys think of my product and way to save your wristband!

If you are interessted to get one, please fill in your e-mail adress below the website www.frozenmemo.com and you'll be the first one to get a Frozen Memo for a special price of €9,95 :)

Lots of love from Holland,

Max Ruitenbeek

Hi

Cool idea. My friends and I have quite alot of wirstbands as well and have also talked about things you could do with them. Think it's great that others obviously do the same. I like the idea as said but I would rather be in to something where you could "freeze" them all together, above each other on some type of plaque or "wristband-board"...

thanks guys for your reply. Maybe we'll develop a way to freeze your wristbands all together in one piece. Would be awesome as well. :)

On our facebook you can see the actual product which we want to produce.

What do you think of this design in general?

So do I, definitely. But could get a bit expensive if you have quite a few lying at home.

If you get any good ideas from your framing shop - post them.

We've also thought about using them as a type of shoe lace for an old pair of chucks or whatever old shoe you`ve got lying around - one band per each row of lace holes e.g.

Hope you know what I mean :)
