I'm making a friendly jibe towards thetime following his lad rock quip at me. Don't be so protective.

And no nobody did really expect anything else, and the fact it's met that expectation is why it's a bit disappointing for me. I guess when I hear 6music I hope for a bill curated by Steve Lamacq rather than more of the twee stuff that Lauren Laverne can coo over.

I was being lighthearted, honestly.

It's surpassed my expectations though so far. I thought it'd be Tim Burgess and British Sea Power headlining.

I would sell a kidney/testicle/my collection of Glastonbury programmes to get a ticket for this. Particularly after my last shambolic attempt to see my favourite band (The National). I fear a Glastonbury-level bun fight come Friday at noon, however.... :(

Your Glastonbury programmes? Now that's a sacrifice.
