This sounds right. I feel like there’s been years where they had a GSH and it didn’t happen, maybe money is an issue. They would be a fantastic 4th or 5th down Pyramid booking and get a big crowd if that’s what they did. They’re more Sheryl Crow/Texas/Crowded House than Sparks.

I’d be amazed if they’re not headlining the castle.  Same with The Last Dinner Party and Gabrielle

This is the case for all 3 rumoured headliners imo (1975, Rodrigo, Young). They are all big enough to headline but I have 0 desire to see any of them and will be elsewhere for all 3.   That's not to say any of them are bad bookings, all 3 will probably get big crowds (depending on who they're up against, of course) but it's looking like a disappointment for me.
