Kendal same weekend as Y not festival?

Quite strange these two are at the same time 1-3 August. Very similar festivals in terms of bands and not too far apart in terms of distance.I wonder if this will have an impact on tix sales. I suppose we might see a lot of bands playing a night at each one. Hope there's enough indie kids to go around!

Sure theyll manage fine, you might find a similar situation to last year with bands playing several festivals on following days. I know primal scream played wickerman, kendal and stockton on 3 consecutive nights last year.
