I hope kaisbian are talking a break this year, I do think there are a great band but it is a bit overkill with them as they have headline soo many festivals over the last 6 years included V. It will be great if V have something different to headline like a Kyle, flo and of course Noel.

2012 had System of a Down/Nine Inch Nails subbing along with Chase and Status.

2008 had Rage Against the Machine/Metallica headline along with The Killers.

Always have combinations that far apart in terms of musical output.

I know, I've been to Leeds a couple of times before.

It was more of a personal view that I'd be on a bit of a downer if I saw Mumford headline after I'd seen Metallica do it.

I've been calling it for T in the Park for about a month or so now, but wont be surprised if V also gets Robbie Williams as a headliner, hes headlining a fair few European fests over the summer

Coldplay are the only major act I want to see V get to headline. It would go some way to restoring their rep as a credible festival and would sell really well. Doubt/hope V dont get Robbie WIlliams though. Wouldnt be totally surprised if Kanye ended up headlining after he did Wireless last year. The promoters (who I believe are behind both festivals) got him to do the extra day on very short notice for wireless London, so they could make a deal with him as Euro Exclusive or something. Coldplay and Kanye as headliners would probably sell better than any recent year, but I doubt it would be anything that strong :/

To be honest I am not so sure about Robbie headlining, he has a massive back catalogue of great songs and he was amazing back in the day. I do not want yo be horrible but having listering him on tv and radio singing live over the last few years I think is his singing voice is not as strong as it was and he is a bit past it, sorry to say.
