Except from Taylor Swift is much bigger than Rihanna... if you took sales as the indicator Taylor's the biggest artist in the world right now.

She hasn't had album (since she started) that hasn't sold millions and millions of copies. Her new album is looking to break the record for the biggest album debut of the decade (and she held the title before it).

Rihanna subbing probably had something to do with Eminem headlining, as she did come on stage with him during his headline set.

also the hyde park thing doesn't always mean a lot in terms of festival bookings...if it did then mcbusted and tom jones should be headlining, subbed by Boyzone and The Pogues

Hate to tempt fate, but could V go down the line of T and IOW and have a co-headline act and then a DJ to finish main stage. Knowing V that would be Calvin Harris back to play, so Taylor Swift billed as co-headlining and Calvin to play afterwards could be a pop headline pair, with something more guitar based headlining MTV stage and no doubt someone who has been around a while headlining the Futures tent, maybe James Blunt or someone.

I am gutted she is not playing, I am a closet fan of hers (I am a 34 year old man) I love shake it off. But also it will be great for v in general somebody different and a big statement to have a female act subbing or headlining. I think v have missed a trick there

no idea, you? just in terms of the reunion hype, if they scoffed the idea of jumping on the mcbusted bandwagon when McBusted isn't totally embarassing to everyone involved then why would they book S Club after children in need

The no idea is my point, they didn't book Mcbusted but they did book 5ive, they could book s club, but maybe they won't, the "they won't book x because they didn't book y" argument isn't very strong. It could have had more to do with the fact Mcbusted did quite a few arena dates, and BST? Maybe Mcbusted didn't wanna play V

normally i'd agree with that but the s club reunion so far is a whole new level of embarassing.

i dont know, maybe they will book them. just wouldn't expect it.
