To all Sonus goers heading from the UK...
A couple of friends and I are planning to make the most of the weekends either side of Sonus by making a bit of a road trip around Europe...
We are looking for a 2 or 3 more people to join is to make the trip more affordable and
a great opportunity to experience with new faces (boys or girls welcome)
The proposed itinerary:
Saturday 16th August
Pick up the minibus and drive to Munich, Germany (11 hours). Have a night out there! This passes through Belgium and into Germany!
Sunday 17th August
Drive to Slovenia (4-5 hours). Have a night out there! This passes through Austria and into Slovenia
Monday 18th August
Drive to Croatia for Sonus Festival (4 hours)
Saturday 23rd August
Leave Sonus and Drive to Turin, Italy (8-9 hours). Have a night out there!
Sunday 24th August
Drive to Paris, France (7hours). Have a night out there!
Monday 25th August – Bank Holiday
Drive back to London (5 hours)
In total only 5 days off from work, we will travel through:
• UK
• France
• Belgium
• Germany
• Austria
• Slovenia
• Croatia
• Italy
So 8 different countries all together and plan to have a beer in all of them!!! And we would be partying in:
• Germany
• Slovenia
• Italy
• France
• And Sonus festival for 5 days in Croatia!!!
So parting in 5 different countries!!!
After the ticket for Sonus and camping etc. we've worked it out to be roughly £250 per head which will cover hire of the Minibus, petrol, ferry and everything in between, so still quite a lot cheaper than flights and transfers.
