I'm not asking you to buy tickets from me because tickets should be bought through efests so as to generate money for them, blah blah blah...

I'm just asking if anyones done it before, and any tips they may have?

I probably wouldn't ask mates. I know someone who did it and everyone was like "So we buy them through you, and you get to go for free?", and in the end he's ended up splitting the money saved between him and everyone who buys one from him.

Mates is the best way. Who's gonna buy from strangers for the same price they could buy from SeeTickets? Maybe knock a tenner off to incentivise mates and go for half price or whatever. Tip to people thinking about We Represent; don't do it*.

*Unless you're prepared to put a lot of effort into it and be open to bargaining.

That tenner off/half price is a good idea yeah. Mates may still be a bit miffed that you're getting a half price ticket and they're only getting a tenner off but I dunno.

I did it last year and ended up with like 4 free tickets. It worhwhile if you know a lot of people that wanna go but the best time is when it sells out on all the normal sites, still had a buch and I managed to sell about 16 to complete strangers by advertising I still had tickets
