I've noticed that BBC Three are showing a new drama at 10pm on the Sunday night of the festival. Given that the headliner's sets are usually broadcast live on BBC Three (Coldplay's set is being broadcast live until 11pm the night before), do you think that Katy Perry is not allowing her set to be broadcast live? It seems odd given the nature of the festival. Or will the Sunday night be finishing earlier at 10pm and not 11pm as first thought?

It appears that the Sunday night will finish at 10pm as, according to the press release, "Highlights of the day including Katy Perry’s headline performance will be broadcast on BBC Three from 7pm-10pm that evening."

Glasgow Green closes on Friday morning for preparations to begin while George Sq closes late on Sunday night.

Here are a few photos of the continuing site builds across the city.

The build for the Main Stage continues at Glasgow Green:

This morning, it looks like the structure for the In New Music We Trust Stage has been erected:

At George Square, the stage has been lifted. For a one night event, it is massive:

A few other bits and pieces I've learnt over the last few days:

Coldplay's set time is 9:55pm-10:55pm

Katy Perry is not allowing her set to be broadcast live on BBC Three. Instead, an edited version will be aired late on Sunday night (around 11pm).

The George Square stage will be completely built by Wednesday and soundchecks will take place on Wednesday afternoon and throughout the day on Thursday.
