If you bring food, make sure it's something nice. I brought shitloads of food last year, but it was like 10 trays of Tesco value flapjack and loads of shitty biscuits. After one or two days I couldn't look at the stuff, and ate no more of it. I always have a tin of fruit for lunch and then buy a meal (sometimes two) in the arena. I also lose loads of weight at every festival, despite already being awfully skinny beforehand. Hate it.

I get migraines quite a bit but have never had one at a festival - I do find a smoke in the morning as you get up and in the evening as you go to sleep clears the head completely. (and ofc many during the day )

I brought a 24 pack of walkers crisps and forgot about them until I started packing up to go home Sunday night/Monday morning (straight after leaving the Solent disco), and subsequently wolfed down around 10 bags in a row. Felt bloody great.

Paracetemol is a bad idea when you're hungover. It has very mild impacts on the liver, but combined with the strain on it from trying to break down alcohol, doing it regularly will cause more problems than just the drink.

Also, while paracetemol is typically better for headaches, ibuprofen actually has a greater effect on the type of headache a hangover is (also a greater effect on the migraine type), as well as will cause less liver problems.

Kemosabe ill remember the soup and roll on the way out , im going with a friend hes sorted the tent I wouldnt have a clue , I can cook thats about it but seeing as theres not much call for it ummm , im only over in west yorks dont drive so was gunna get a cab , that would work right ?! Fill car up chuck out other end... figure out the way back when its finished friend arrivs from france on the thursday afternoon.... lol

Like Kemosabe said it depends where you're coming from in West Yorkshire as even though it is called Leeds Festival it is a 25 minuet drive from the centre of Leeds to Bramham Park (Just checked on Google Maps how long it toke) and you'll be queuing to get into the drop off point so it will cost you quite a bit so use the Shuttle Buses instead

Ok ok , I get this shiz , bring tent bring tickets and deffo cook , thinking curry lol , check for rocks , bring wet wipes and tissues and plenty of shit food for everyone to steal , bring wellies and pain killers , and use the shuttle bus! ok im coming from featherstone, which is near pontefract, im not from here tho , actually moved here from london in november , its a bit weird up here , but im orig from manchester so expected weirdness I will be bringing smoke cant go without it lol , alcohol, how does that work??
