Artists who would make your festival?

There has been a little bit of negativity around the initial announcements from some quarters but which artists who could realistically be added would increase your excitement?

Either We are Scientists or Scroobuis Pip would do it for me.

I wouldn't have minded seeing either Embrace, band of skulls or band of horses on the line up. Any of them would have improved it for me and I'm guessing would have been within the price bracket.

Feeder were there in 2012, can't see em being back that soon, as far as alabama 3 goes, Ur seeing em the week before kendal at Wickerman ! bombskare would be good though

If the Mondays aren't subbing on the main stage then that leaves a sub still to announce. I'm with you on embrace ram. Would be a good addition. Chvrches would have been good but I think they are on tour in America. Could see someone like reverend and the makers being added pretty cheaply. Madness would be good for a sing-a-long.

:fans:Jimmy Cliff is still one of my top artists I want to see & hopefully I will get to have the honour at last , John Cooper Clarke is another & I'm going to see him 1st May in Harpenden. The best festival by far is Rebellion in Blackpool every August, 4 days of the best punk, oi, ska superstars from the whole world! I've been every year since 2001 & still love every minute of the whole 4 days

Rev and the makers are a good shout. Every chance. Yeah, sadly Chvrches are out. Looks like Madness are not KC`s scene which is a shame. Would guess they could have been headliners.

Cud, Wind Up Birds, and some old punk strumming away in front of 50 people in the Diner would do it for me. Somebody like Pete Shelley, McCullough or Julian Cope

I'd love to see The Horrors on there, I saw them at the 6 Music Festival and they are one of the best bands I've seen in a while.

Chai Wallahs will hopefully bring one or two that will add to the excitement for me. Bombskare and Bad Manners seem realistic and would help with my predictions.

I'm still holding out that the Peace/Kendal partnership for their gig means they've got them sorted for the festival! That would be brilliant for me. Them and someone like Darlia too... (Pretty please Kendal)
