Been and done a Go Outdoors shop. Bought some cheap trousers that can become shorts (NFR NFC) and an airbed.

Also, been trying to track my ticket all day but stupid Royal Mail website is saying my reference number is invalid.

Congrats on the job Abster!

I'm off to wychwood festival this weekend. Now becoming a customary 'dry run' for glasto. Besides lots of acts who do glasto, good beer, familiar food stalls (Goan fish curry stall, and la grande bouffe this year), there's the chance to test kit and try out what works. bag packed. going to be dry this weekend, so let's hope it continues

Changed the oil in my little tractor - actually placed a order for
Regatta Mens Winter Warm Fleece Lined Walking J172 Action Trousers II
My old pair is fine ' except they don't fit me any longer ' - has 9 pockets { 7 of which are zipped } and they are ideal for the cold nights at events.
The old pair has not shrunk - I have a cancer controlling body implant and one of the side effects is I now have a wider waist than I normally have { its claimed I will revert back when it deactivates }
Buy them in the winter and they cost £20 + postage.
I wear padded shirts { quilted } and Fleece Lined Trousers and they have never let me down and a real wool Jumper if its a real ball freezer and my secret weapon a heavy Leather sheepskin Flight Jacket - pain in the arse to carry but worth it when it gets really cold ' and it makes a cracking pillow '
I have not survived so many Glasto's without taking the right gear ' for any situation '

I've nearly got everything ready now and thrown into my festival rucksack. A list of everything i still need is on my fridge. Trying to be organised so I dont forget anything. I'm off to Dusseldorf to watch The Rolling Stones the week before Glastonbury hence another reason to be organised!
