I've got a two year old and tbh I look forward to having a weeks break from her, though she is the antichrist.....

Have done Hop Farm, Beautiful Days and Bearded Theory now and want to do Boomtown. However, nothing still comes quite close to Glasto....

It was as much about burdening my wife for the week, we don't get all that much childcare help from extended family, in fact that week they were more burden than help. I couldn't go and enjoy it knowing that things are difficult back home. Not saying we have things particularly tough, it's just that the big G doesn't make much sense for me right now.

That's the certainly the moment the year ends for me. But, it begins again in October!

It looks like the farm will be back to normal within a month of the festival's last day. That's quite an accomplishment.

Now we're in the barren months between clean up and ticket day. Time to hibernate.

The site's looking much greener these days, but Other's field is still being sorted. I did feel when I was there on the Sunday, that it would take an absolute age to get back to anything resembling a field. It would be interesting to know what each field is used for during the rest of the year, although maybe that's me obsessing too much

I think it's all dairy farms round there, not only Worthy Farm, but also the other fields used by the festival.

Some digging going on in the Greenfields webcam. Looks like a trench leading from the farm but could be wrong.
