I don't understand this announcement. Loads of new acts anounced but loads missing from the previous poster, like Breach, Ms Dynamite, Goldfrapp, Gaz Coombes, Eats Everything, etc Lil Louis, DJ Pierre, etc.

Its good , was hoping for a few more that I like on Silver Hayes - Lindstrom , Todd terje , boys noize etc but lots of big names and many genres i dont like Kaiser Chiefs being there it makes the JP stage look a bit naff

Seems to me that with the line up and the redesign of the site they're trying to get people evenly spread over the festival and avoiding bottlenecks. Not a bad thing.

Just remembered that the park shuts early on the sunday, so it could well be St. Vincent then Manics then Massive Attack to close the festival... oh my

To be fair, nothing was going to be as stand out as the Rolling Stones last year. And as many have said before me, and many more after I'm sure - it's not about the music.

And maybe, just maybe, this might put some of the fair weather attendees off next year...

I think the line up is fantastic; a great mix of music.

I love that Glastonbury don't always stick the bands where you expect them to be either. They take the risk of putting smaller bands on bigger stages and ensure that each stage has a varied mix of music.

A fantastic job as always and I can't bloody wait! Now, let's sort out this Jack White/Pixies thing please.

On reflection I'm not dissapointed just no more excited than before. Was already a great line-up... I just need to have some decent acts on nyc downlow and that isn't in the announcement.

Absolutely love it. Everyone completely writing it off just because one act isn't there??? Ridiculous. Highlights for me will be Congo Natty, DLS vs SP, Wolf Alice, Jack White, MIA, Jurassic 5, The Beat..... God there's so many!
