just read back to when the Beady Eye rumour began and it was Gordon Smart in The Sun who gave the initial nod to it being them and then Liam G tweeted 'Friday 11am. BE there or BE square'. was that all we had or was there something in the fineguide as well?

Really? A small sample size I know but as an 18 year old literally no one I know listens to Suede, most couldn't tell you who they are at all.

I've always wondered why would bands play the unannounced secret set on the Other Stage?

Is it bands warming up for some upcoming gigs? Bands that didn't get asked to play but wanted to? Bands that just love the festival?

What is the advantage to bands of playing the slot?
