Are you with ticketline, they didn't take my payment last month, when I rang they advised they had not attempted too, for some reason, thought I had paid up but still had another 2 months, worth checking just in case, they didn't contact me :-) will keep an eye on it this month though !!!

Yeah with ticketline. My payment date is set for the day before I get paid so every month I have to ask them to retake it. I feel like I know all the staff personally now!

It has been a very boring dragged out process, I won't be doing it again. It comes out the same day as my phone bill and I still forget every month.

Iv been paying on the monthly plan(never again)

We didn't have a payment taken last month, and thought I'd payed it of,

Call ticket line yesterday and they said I missed a payment last month :-(

The reason I missed it was for the FIRST Time in 9 payments they tryed to take the money on the 27th of the month. Every other time it's been on the 28th, payday

Bloody idiots :-(

Called them and payed it of in full.

Worth calling them if anyone else in same boat

That must of been what had happened to me then, it would make sense i never have any money the day before payday ! They just told me they didn't know why and they hadn't attempted to take it, bit miffed i wasn't notified, it was only when I rang to see if id paid up, as it didn't show anything on my order history
