Campsite entrance has dogs although from campsite to the arena its just stewards looking for alcohol. Day ticket entrance 2 years ago had dogs as well, they were doing a roaring trade in catching people. I seen one stupid fucker, he was walking into the arena when a copper and dog walked right past him, crossing in front of him, the dog was not giving one bit of notice to the guy until the guy stroked the dog. The mutt immediately looked at him and sat in front of him. The copper asked if his stuff was in his pocket the guy said yeah and was cuffed.

depends what it is they catch u with. seen a few people getting cuffed in 2012 for being caught with class A and one bloke in 2011 getting cuffed for having weed on him- must have had a canny bit on him or he must have run his mouth off as they dragged him off

I got 'caught' by a sniffer dog at Rockness in 2012. Was taken off to a tent and asked if I had anything, I told them I had some weed. They took it off me, done a semi thorough check of my bags and let me on ma way after finding nothing else. Thankfully they never found the other stuff I had. Due to the fairly small amount I got caught with the letter I got from Inverness Procurator Fiscal was only a warning which will be removed from my record next month. Friends of mine weren't so lucky and ended up with fines.

The polis did say at the very start if I deny having anything and they went on to find something my festival ticket would be revoked.

Different festival but would imagine the treatment to be fairly similar at T.
