1st year at creamfields need advice

Hi there, I have been to v festival a couple of times but wanted to try something new but have a few questions..

1. There are 2 of us going do you think we need a bigger group or will we be alright

2. Which campsite would you recommend if people have been to v festival western park I would like a campsite like blue, where there is a good atmosphere and it's lively but if you do want to get a couple hours sleep you can

3. Any tips on sneaking alcohol in as there is a limit which won't be enough

Hey up, just a quickie from me for now. For starters, two peeps in your group is not an issue whatsoever....if you want to have an awesome time, you will. CF, just like any festival is what you make of it. My b/f & I first did CF five years ago, just the two of us....then flew straight to Ibiza on the Monday & this year we're doing it the other way round, roll on!!

I went in 2010 and 2011 both times just me and my BF, we had an amazing time. Didnt matter it was just the two of us at all.

Can't comment on campsite as we go hospitality.

As for drink, the last year we went they were more strict on drink, a few people in front of us were questioned as they had too many boxes, not sure if it got take off them, to be honest a 24 pack and 1l spirits has seen me through both years with cans left over. All I would say is they don't check every single bag, they are looking for excessive drink that you are carrying i.e. 4 boxes between 2 people, few plastic bottles / cans wrapped in clothes at the bottom of your backpack might do the trick.

If you can get thru 24 cans and a litre of spirit at the camp site then your not spending enough time in the arena with the music! lol. Just use plastic bottles to add extra spirits, I've used red bull bottles in the past.

2 of you will be fine, I go with the GF, have an awesome time and we have met people there around the tent and end up in a big group. Look after your neighbours in the campsite and they will look after you.

Couldn't comment on which campsite to choose as usually go hospitality.
