unfortunately, the outlook.com email service (also known as Hotmail, Microsoft Live, MSN, etc) has been bouncing emails from around 6pm yesterday until approx 9am today (it's now unblocked).

This means that any emails - for registrations, or related to forums content - to that email service have bounced and not been delivered (not will they be) during this period.

That's what you get if you use a rubbish email service. ;)

Anyway, the issue is now resolved.
