devilman
That clashfinder has made me want to cry. I seriously hope it's wrong. I dunno if I've ever had a 4 way clash before but there's about 4 on there

devilman
And which fuck-knuckle thinks it's a good idea to put tremonti up against Godsmack? *thumps desk*
Chavmeisterdeluxe
I've just cancelled my hotel for the weekend of this. Hadn't bought tickets yet but the way they've lined up the acts is woeful, plenty of bands I wanna see but how many of them I'd actually get to see has made me decide it's not worth the money. DomDom1984
One of the few times that stage splits have made a festival look worse instead of better, and the new additions haven't helped. Can't help feeling that the 2nd and 3rd stages would make a good lineup for a small festival though!
sjseabass
Also they seem to think it's A1 playing, not A
Bobs
Couldn't believe my luck. How rotten. Muse against Andrew W.K., L7 against Billy Idol and Slash, clash clash clash It will hurt my head too much now
Hawky
Clashes this year are a nightmare. So many good bands, so little time. I genuinely think this years DL has the worst clashes I've ever seen. Of the announced bands so far, I'm interested in around 30, but realistically Id get to see about 11. SOAD
Based on the clashfinder I'm currently doing: Counterparts Gnarwolves Defeater Clutch Allusondrugs Judas Priest The One Hundred (Although may not do this as could see it being hard to get in for Fightstar) Fightstar Slipknot (End of the set) Heart of a Coward Mallory Knox Hollywood Undead (don't really care about these three but seen them all before and they'll do for now) Parkway Drive Creeper Rise Against A Day To Remember Faith No More Marilyn Manson/Muse (probably Manson then Muse... depends on what tours get announced and how good the Muse album is.. think Manson will start bit earlier than clashfinder says... probably not long after FNM as Andy made out they don't clash much) Cavalera Conspiracy Tremonti Eagles of Death Metal L7 In Flames Motley Crue Enter Shikari Kiss (End of) Edited February 26, 2015 by SOAD
lightning1000
Glad I got to see fightstar weds as it means I don't have to miss any of slipknot. They were great too, played everything off the ep which is pretty much the best stuff they did. Also confirmed they're working on a new album. Chavmeisterdeluxe
Bit disappointed that it's Charlie solo rather than Fightstar playing Takedown next weekend. They'd fit in much better than his solo stuff does.
JamesT977
I'm pretty happy with the line up I did mainly buy my ticket to go see KISS because I've been a massive fan for years and saw them in 2010. Theres loads of the line up for me but I agree it is top heavy for me I can't find anything I've heard of that I would go see just name wise from the line up but I will be checking bands out regardless. Out of most of the line up I want to see Slipknot, Priest, Muse, Faith No More, Rise Against, Bodycount, (Andrew WK but if he clashes with Faith No More or Muse then i'm not fussed), Ace Frehley, Kiss, Motley Crue, Slash, Billy Idol and a few more. Billy Idol I think could be a real highlight for me he's the only one i've wanted to see for years and never had the chance to.
luckysalt
Suicidal Tendencies, FIDLAR & Marmozets all got announced for Southside in Germany the weekend after Download today. All three of those would beef up the line up nicely!

SOAD
Yep. I wouldn't consider FIDLAR a Download style band but I would go see them again if they were there. Been there before and apparently went down well. Really hope they come back. Actually all three of them would be huge additions for me
rivalschools.price
There are quite a few bands touring this month who may be announced after their tour finishes. Hawkwind, Therapy?, Corrosion of conformity, Devin Townsend. Not sure if there is any room on the bill for any of them though.
Moey
would be very, very, happy with Therapy? Not seen them since Reading, er '94 ?

Moey
I was hoping that they would play DL last year instead of Soni. Would make a great addition, providing that they didn't clash with any of the other bands I want to see !
