Aye i say they would work pretty good, cause a hangover is mostly just you suffering from dehydration and these packets supposedly have the corrct balance of sugars and salt your body needs. And then just chuck in a Berocca for good measure.

Motillium aswell are good for settling your stomach if feeling sick from the hangover. Can get disolvable ones or one yous swallow.

The magic cure used to be "Resolve" saches. Tesco and Boots used to sell them, if you can get your hands on them then I strongly advised it!

Nobody believes me with this one but I swear by it and it works a treat most weekends for me.....A banana milkshake. Get a yazoo banana milkshake into you and you will be back on it in no time!!

some sort of rehydration sachets seem to do the trick for me along with a bottle of water. once ive sat and moaned for a bit and let myself hydrate i can then normally stomach a breakfast BBQ. after that its back on it really, first can is always the worst after the night before but hair of the dog aand all that

Berroca and Dyarite are both worth a try for me. Another idea is Milk Thistle. About £5 for 20 tablets at a health shop or Boots. Start taking one a day from a few days before.

IF........you remember then it`s meant to be worth taking the Dyarite sachets in a bottle of water just before you go to sleep. Easier said than done !

Resolve. Or the Tesco equivalent. Milk thistle is what they give alchies to minimise liver damage, I dunno if it actually prevents hangovers, it didn't work for me. Try and get a pint of diorylite or electrolyte drink in before you go to sleep. I find I get a hangover friday morning that goes by lunchtime and that's it. This may have something to do with Loch Fyne Oysters with tabasco from healthy T. :)

All of the above (except for the Colombian produce of course haha)...worth taking a few carefully packed bananas believe it or not! Eating can help to settle your stomach and bananas are high in potassium so they're the perfect hangover food, if you can keep them down.

And food.2 over priced cheese burgers with that vinegary red sauce from the breakfast vans in the campsite taste suprisinly good when your rough in the morning.

And i know you said you would finish all your Soops on the Friday, but i would try and keep 2,for 1 on Sat morning and 1 on Sun morning.Brilliant hair of the dog.

i cant stress enough how much a disposable BBQ helps me the next morning. nothing better than getting some stodge on your stomach, some sausages or a burger. more to carry and it is a fuss but theres a reason why ive got 3 disposable BBQS already stored away ready to pack. Some fizzy pop for some energy after ive normally necked a bottle of water then im usually ok to carry on drinking and enjoy the rest.

on a side note by the sunday i wouldnt risk any meat at that point and begrudgingly id have to buy a sandwich from 1 of the stalls
