Picking up Citylink tickets?

After a change of plan i am now day-tripping Friday instead of Saturday.Iv swapped the event tickets but i booked the bus yesterday and clicked i would pick them up at the station.If i was to give this person the ticket numbers would it be ok for them to pick them up or will they ask for my bank card?

Also,asked about a refund and theh say they only refund you half the money back??

Last year I picked up my bus ticket at the station and they were ordered in someone else's name - a females name and they were fine and didn't ask.

But last month going to Glasgow I was asked for proof, think it just depends who you get but more likely should be fine as you're the only one who can get the code. Best send the person before the day just in case.
