Yeah they are fanstastic. Shame about their whole break up, such a short lived thing. I'll have to give the Walkmen a proper go then, haven't really paid them much attention.

WU LYF were one of those bands I've always had on my 'should probably listen to' list but I never got round to it. I'll check them out and report back.

Definitely not. They only played about 3rd or 4th in the day a few years back on the Other, and they were declining in popularity then.

I didn't even realise they were still going.

Doubt it. I can't personally see them doing much except be low-ish on Pyramid at Glasto - They're a fading memory of a pop act.

Just noticed Two Door Cinema Club will have an album out before next summer according to snippets of news.

Not my kind of thing but they'll definitely get a big slot if they play.

Might even get a subbing spot on the Pyramid after the popularity of their last appearance

weird that you say that: whilst watching St. Vincent this year a girl noticed a guy next to me wearing a Los Campesinos! t shirt and they started gushing to each other about them. i wanted to chime in but lost my nerve. damn

but i agree. Los Campesinos! have such a particular fun type of fan. i've rather shamefully never been to one of their own shows (saw them at Leeds fest in the NME tent). this must change

late to this one but i think i might have been that guy in the lc! t-shirt, should have chimed in! like everyone has said, it's like los camp fans exist in this space where you just get on with anyone you spot wearing one of their t-shirts, and it seems to have happened to me more at glastonbury than anywhere else. i'd love to see them play at glastonbury, i'm missing their december shows this year which is a real bummer.
