Anyway, yeah I didn't really like the Mark Ronson covers album much, it was a cool project and that but I don't think you can really class it as his.

The Business Intl album was pretty cool though, didn't realise he had a team writing that (but thats always debatale, as you can end up with a writing credit for doing fuck all).

I am unsure how I feel about him now. Their decent songs but I feel uneasy about it.

Just heard a podcast where David Guetta says he hates festival sets. Let's hope he's avoiding any of the non-EDM gigs in the UK as he'd be high up.

very rare that you'll get them all together for a show outside NYC....

headlining West Holts would be better for them I'd say.

I think they're too recent really. I mean there'll be a four year gap but Wu-Tang playing twice in five years kinda ruins the rarity or something of the occasion. Mind you I missed it last time so I'd definitely want them there.

Foals won't be playing as they've just finished their most recent album tour, and have just gone back into the studio.

not sure about how far The xx are with their new one, started recording back in May so should be close to done. if they want to play in the dark, they'd probably take Other Stage headliners again.

I'd love to see them as Pyramid headliners, but that's probably not feasible.

they might be able to sub-headline in the dark, depending on how long the headliner above them plays or starts.

Paolo Nutini subbed the Other Stage last year, and started at 20:45, below is his first song, which is getting dark enough (sky always looks brighter on camera too). from checking out other videos of his set, it was properly dark shortly after.

if The xx did 20:45-21:45, and the Pyramid headliner was 22:15-23:45, then that could work, if they really wanted to be on the Pyramid stage....

realistically, I don't see them playing at all this year though. probably do their own shows once they finish and release the album, then do the festival circuit in 2016, when they'll know if the 3rd album has them as potential festival headliners, or at the same level as the 2nd album...
