arriving late thursday or early friday ?

in early thinking of going down to leeds again this year but have an exam the thursday until 5 so cant do earlybird this year.

wanting opinions from everyone on whether better to arrive late (like half 11) thursday night or early (as early as possible, before 11am) on the friday ?

its two of us who go.

thing is that we will be going together i think.

know people who live nearby who go every year but arent going this year. put a spanner in the works

I'd certainly go on Thursday if I was in that predicament. You'd be setting off very early Friday and it for no real benefit and being tired throughout the day... not that the Friday is much to stay awake for this year.

Depends on how much you want to see bands on the Friday. Finding a spot and pitching a tent in the dark isn't the best experience, but you don't want to be rushing to do that if there's a band you really want to see on the Friday. I'd say if there's more than a couple you're particularly fussed about on Friday, head down Thursday, otherwise, you won't particularly regret the night in a bed come Friday afternoon.
