Hmm interesting Why is that - I would say given there current stock it makes them more likely to open the other than a normal slot? First successful albums in lets be honest (a long time). Paralells with James when they were selected to do it in 2016! If anything the early slot had been designed to highlight an act as oposed to just putting them on first - Hard Fi in a regular line up on the Other stage would be pretty close to the bottom of it - you would think anyway,
I hope you’re right. I would prefer a proper headliner on Thursday. But I can’t see any of Boris B/Nelly F/Justice playing the 4th down slot when they’ve been given sub headliner billing on the poster.
I thought Leaks said ages ago there would be a single rock headliner?
Looking at who’s around next summer I think it’s one of QOTSA, Sam Fender or Vampire Weekend. I thought Kings of Leon were possible as well but they’ve got US dates either side of Sziget so not likely.
QOTSA was just a random guess out of those three. Fender would probably fit the demographic better tbh.
