Follow Me is ridiculous - especially the live version where Matt doesn't have his guitar and drops to his knees when the chorus/drop kicks in. so cringeworthy

A lot of my mates say the same but to me it just seems like them having fun and doing whatever they want to do and trying new things.

Like I've said before in here,the discussion will always rage on but for me every album has been great with the exception of The Resistance but even then I wouldn't say it was terrible.

Yeah I quite like Follow Me to, didn't really like it until I saw it live, so I quite liked the theatrics, in a way it sort of summed up their shows over the last few years in being ever more over the top

Guilding Light live I don't mind.The guitar solo on the live in Rome DVD is epic.

Panic Station and Animals are my favourites on the 2nd Law. Most of the rest of that album is just okay, apart from a couple of poor songs.

The Resistance is almost all rubbish, apart from 2 brilliant tracks (MK Ultra & Unnaturual Selection) and one good track (United States). Stuff like Guiding Light, Undisclosed Desires and I Belong to You are painful to listen to.

Personally I think The Resistance 1st half is OK bar United States of Eurasia (pointless track), the 2nd is just poor for me. They could have just put Follow Me on The Resistance and forgot that whole album, but that's just opinions.

So far, the new album gives me no hope.

Not a track on T2L I don't like.

I will say it did drop right in a pivitol point in my life so it has a lot of significance for me.Especially Save Me as the lyrical matter and what it was written about hits very close to home.

So to sum up Gazza's Muse opinions:

- Starlight is their best song

- Follow Me is the best song on The 2nd Law

- United States of Eurasia is worse than Resistance, Undisclosed Desires and Guiding Light

- Unnatural Selection + MK Ultra + I Belong to You + Exogenesis is a worse set of songs than the ones listed in the point above
