Mr November
If you're going to do a lyric video, make sure the song has half decent lyrics.

shoptildrop
Still better than Psycho. I don't think it is...... Psycho live is actually pretty decent
RyGSY
Was at the gig las night. Bagged a ticket an hour before doors as some randomly came available on Ticketmaster. Not their biggest fan but my mate was going on their own so decided it was worth the money, it was good but I got quite bored half way through. Psycho live though was brilliant
Ipayne
Yep, not their greatest but I don't mind it to be honest, except the bridge section.
metallimuse
Granted its not the "heavy" sound they talked about but sounds like the next logical step from where they were writing from.I like it.You can clearly see it's development and sounds like the next step from "Madness". The next step after Madness should have been off a cliff.
Gucci Piggy
I don't think it's the next step after Madness. I think it is Madness with a guitar.
metallimuse
I like it. As I've said before,I liked their walk into in electronica and as a result like this.It isn't the "heavy"sound they talked about but I do like it.

Mezhyp1
Which Muse songs do you not like? If you like that, it's blatant favouritism and you need to take the Matt Bellamy shit stained specs off and see the light of day that that is undeniably w*nk rotten Edited March 23, 2015 by Mezhyp1

metallimuse
Haha good point! I dunno man,to me...I just enjoy seeing them do what they do.I'm along for the ride. People who want them to release a 'Showbiz' 'Origan...' mark 2 walk away.I've enjoyed seeing and hearing them develop and grow.If it's not want you want fair enough,I respect that, but I don't care.I will say I wasn't a huge fan of 'The Resistance' album as a whole but it had it's moments and the rest of their career I've enjoyed. I say go for it.
Icewulf
They momentarily had me back with Pyscho. They've lost me with this shite.
Ipayne
After a few listens the first half has grown on me alot, but on the other hand the second half is just one of the most cringeworthy sections of a song Muse has done imo and got worse each listen. Weird album opener.
festhead
this is a joke right? that is an absolute train wreck of a song Edited March 23, 2015 by festhead
Rose-Colored Boy
"Do you have no soul? It's like it died long ago" That simply has to be deliberately self-referential, brilliant.
Gucci Piggy
"Do you have no soul? It's like it died long ago" That simply has to be deliberately self-referential, brilliant. It's actually about a drone that Matt fell in love with.
st dan
What annoys me is the fact that I know they have it in them to record an album along the lines Showbiz/Origins. It's not like they have lost the creative spark or are just going through the motions. The gig last night proved they still had it. For some reason they're just reluctant to do so. Why would you want that?Just listen to those albums. It's like AC/DC,great live band but you only need to own one album as they're all the same.I'd rather Muse change and do what they want. Justiceforcedave
Just got back from Brighton gig. Maybe I missed something? A couple of high points but all in all I didn't feel blown away....infact I was a bit bored at times! Did chat to a guy who was clearly an Efestivals reader though! Mouseboy11
I actually like Dead Inside, it reminds me of Tears for Fears or something.
