advice on campervan field and tickets :)

Hi a quick question about tickets / wristbands . This is our first time at v and so not sure of the formalities . We have 4 in our party and all have weekend camping tickets and 1 campervan field ticket . However 2 of us are travelling early Friday to drop off our daughter who is camping in a tent . Is it going to be possible to meet up with our friends who are arriving with the campervan in order to exchange our tickets to wristbands all together ? Is it one main ticket exchange place ? Or do the campervan people exchange before leaving that area ? We don't want to be left in the camping field unable to access the campervan area ! Hope this makes sense :)
