It's my first creamfields this year, and with 2 weeks ago until the festival I need to get supplies!! It says on the guide 1 crate 24 max, can the bottles be seperately for example 24 seperate bottles or can you have a few crates making it up to the 24 max or are you only allowed the one?! The guide doesn't really help tbh. Any information would be appreciated

Hi, I am bring 2 x 10 crates with me (they don't do any bigger), I saw on twitter a few days ago someone else asked this question and they said yes it was fine to bring more than one to make up the 24.

I usually take lots of different loose 4 can packs totalling 24 cans. Security searches don't seem to pay particular attention to it. As long as you have absolutely no glass of any kind and nothing ridiculous like a hand cart stacked with 4 shrink-wrapped crates, etc. I've seen people try that one.

Also I noticed on the camping info sheet this year that it states the spirit limit is 1x 70CL bottle decanted into a plastic bottle. I'm sure it used to be 1L of spirits max? Oh well, for a personal limit its fair enough.

They dont check at all really, as long as you dont have any glass bottles thats all they really care about! well if u had a suitacse full of plastic bottles of vodka they would probably say something! i think its more of an issue if they think your taking in loads to sell to other people so as long as it looks like a personal amount for a weekend youll be fine :-)
