We only live about 20 minutes down the road and want to get there as soon as possible without an early bird and we're noobs too so basically, will there be any flood lights etc to be able to set up at that time?

There are lights near the main paths but not further in the fields. I think it would be hard to see unless you do camp right next to one of the paths. Be aware you could get stood on by some drunk person by a path or have your tent pegs ripped out the ground.
