I'm just wondering if a vote would be more democratic, or whether it would just turn out to be a 'hang em high' kangaroo court type of thing? Only one way to find out. My vote is to allow grumpyhack the slack in this instance - it being nearly Christmas and all that.

That said, if he tries it out again then I say we haul him before Judge Roy Bean - not a man known for his leniency. lol
