That ages you Yog - like me. When I was at school it was O levels. GCSEs hadn't been invented.

What are these GCSE's you speak of?

I remember when these guys were the latest thing in gaming :sarcastic:

Am I getting the gist of this - or should it be just dinky toys :girlumbrage: ?

Too many eggheads in this thread. Due to an acoholic headmaster with no control I ended up with nO levels !

And Youghurt is a heathen rebel, there is or was a topic, Busses or maybe loosley, transport. But of course he's right, any image is a good one :)

There's no rule about what it should be other than a picture with the number. Last year, for no reason, we settled into tractors. This year, again for no reason that I can recall, it started out as buses. Whisty widened it to trams but Yog seems quite keen on toy cars.

Each to their own. My personal criteria that I have set myself as a challenge, is to try to do just buses and not go for the soft option of the route number of the bus (very easy) but, ideally to find the number of the day on the registration plate

I blame my parents for this. I was never given a toy car as a child and now think I was unjustly deprived. It got so bad that I actually knicked a toy car ( the only thing I have ever stolen) from Twycross Zoo when I was about 7 years old. I didn't have the money to buy it, but it was such a thing of beauty I knew that I had to have it (that's greed that is, which is ugly, on reflection).

This is the car that I 'liberated from the zoo (which I now think are hateful places);
