Public Enemy are playing the Roundhouse in London on the 27th June.....

OK, so they are also playing a festival in Finsbury Park on the 28th....

so a) They can only be at Glasto on the Friday and

B) Glasto probably isn't the reason that they're here :(

Apologies if these have been posted already. These all have dates around Glasto and seem to have some or all of the weekend free:

Of Monsters and Men

Burt Bacharach

The Staves

Rae Morris

The Proclaimers

Dead Kennedys

Suzanne Vega

The Tallest Man On Earth

Natalie Prass

Mogwai

Stereo MCs

The Cat Empire

Frankie Vali & The Four Seasons

Mogwai are always welcome.

The first band I ever saw at Glasto I think.

Either them or Yo La Tengo

Think they are, they favourited my tweet about them playing glasto :D

Or they are just hopeful :P

Their set on William's Green last year was excellent, Elizabeth Sankey wore a white suit, the diva. I'd venture to say that the nerd ratio in the crowd was the best of the weekend, could possibly have been as high as 100% (of the 17 people in there).

Natalie Prass is a strong rumour on the lineup page. Stereo MCs told deebeedoobee on here that they aren't playing.

You a fan of the former Robin, she's brilliant. If not definitely check her out, although no doubt with your playlist you've probs given her a listen.

Friday De La Soup act.

I'd love Public Enemy to fill that slot and arrested development the jurassic five slot from last year (if such a thing exists)

Late80s early 90s hip-hop fridays is something I can definitely get behind

Public Enemy are in the UK over Glastonbury; playing London dates on the Saturday and Sunday.

Would love to see them, would make up for having to leave half way through their set at Parklife due to general crowd twattiness.
