Quite surprising that The Who has sold out given they played a full set of tour dates in this country only months ago and have a televised gig two nights later. Maybe people don't hate Hyde Park so much after all.

Or maybe people are just desperate to see the Kaiser Chiefs.

I don't think they're going to be on the TV, looking at the schedules. (In full, at least)

I had a burger from Bleacker Burger which was rank. Small, not cooked properly and too salty.

Bleecker street is supposed to be be on the rare side to be fair (unless you ask)...but agreed for the money it was poor!

Best I found was Joe's BBQ, even if standing and eating ribs in the rain was silly decision :P

"Last" ever gigs ...maybe =p Its a big deal really.

Went Kylie to, that was ...disappointing, crowd had very middle class picnic vibe about it and less drinking cause its sunday (Bars were empty all day!) and people wanting to leave meant it never got started. Kylie herself was just a bit meh, i thought she had more hits but seems like she padding it out and it wasn't quite the spectacular show I thought she would put on.

Grace Jones was something else, not sure what to make of it but think I enjoyed it...and oh Chic were chic, solid but its all getting a bit samey for me now :P

With reference to the Blur day, im suprised no one mentioned the 15 delay for all acts. Except Blur. Who were delayed by 35 minutes. Also, another gripe, the stall promoting a ticket tout company (Stub Hub). Than was annoying...

BUT....to be honest, a fun time was had. Blur were EXCEPTIONALLY good. The Horrors, i thought, were the best i'd ever seen them. I also accidentally 'discovered' Fufanu on the way to a toilet. They were really good too.

Other than that, bogs were plentiful, as were bars with no queues experienced for me. The sound was maybe a little quiet, but not Exceptionally so. All in all....probably not worth £80. But DEFINATELY worth £2.50. ;P

I'm starting to get excited for Friday now.

Feeling a little apprehensive as well though as, due to my mates being a bit rubbish, i'm going on my own. I holiday alone so going to a gig isn't a big deal but I wonder if i'll enjoy it that much without someone to chat to.

There's far too many acts I love on the Friday though and only had to pay £53 for the ticket.
