I've only ever seen him once in The Arches in Glasgow and it was absolutely decent, maybe he's not the world best festival act

I enjoyed him at Bestival in 2013, but I was a hell of a lot more drunk. It's not my favourite type o techno to be fair so I'm probably being a little harsh.

Would love to see Dettmann or Klock on the lineup again, friday night WoW would be ace.

in this day & age there is absolutely no reason why anyone playing awakenings couldnt play glastonbury, the days just have to fit their schedule. European DJ's move from country to country, airport to airport, friday to saturday every weekend of the year.

It is simply a question of if they are asked, if they are free & willing to do it, and if the money is right. I think Sven would go down a treat but to my knowledge he has never played. I think he has set events he pretty much does every year due to knowing and trusting the organisers and the sound. Glasto wouldnt go over and above and put their hand deeply in their pocket for him and as its not one of his annual events he is unlikely to ever play.

he seems very picky about where he plays, same with villalobos. my list from there would includ henrik schwarz as well but he is also pretty unlikely for similar reasons.

I went in 2013 when I missed out on a glastonbury ticket.

It was a 1 day festival then. The tents there are like clubs inside. Mega laser systems too, so much better than uk festivals.

No Carl Cox on the line up... Glastonbury is calling. Sunday at Arcadia for Carl please.

There are probably 25+ acts I'd like to see on the farm from awakenings.

Gaiser needs to play. He was brilliant on the only time I have seen him

People think we're likely to see Jamie XX again this year? Only caught second half of the set last year due to The Libertines, would love to see his full set this tme

I'd think it's unlikely after playing such a prominent slot last year, you'd bet he'll be about the place djing though

That's a good point it's more interesting which names are missing from awakenings as they are more likely to be at Glastonbury. Anyone else notable by their absence?

There's not much difference between awakenings 2015 and 2016 line ups. Surprised Eats Everything, Alan Fitzpatrick, Carl Cox, Seth Troxler, Skream and George FitzGerald aren't at awakenings

Fitzpatrick is there. He'd be a great addition to the line up.

Others missing from the top of my head that would be a welcome addition... Green velvet, Slam, Cristian Varella, Drumcell, Mauro Piccotto, Christian Smith, Hot Since 82, Daniel Stefanik and Dubfire.

Thursday night Glade...

Cristian Varella and Dubfire. That would be my choice. If they can get Sasha, they could do that.

My bad, Claude VonStroke isn't there is he?

Green Velvet b2b Claude VonStroke please

Jamie XX back so soon would be a waste of a prominent slot, given how many amazing (read: better) acts of a similar sort of size are touring this summer.

Don't you get the hype? I struggle to. The album was brilliant, I saw him a few years ago and it was shit, and saw him touring In Colour, and really wasn't blown away again. I think Four Tet/Bonobo/FloPo are much better similar acts

Jackmaster is definitely not playing, presumably because of Awakenings, and Bicep are playing, in their words "as many times as possible". Was harassing Jackmaster with a friend through twitter over getting him to drop Fatima Yamaha at Glastonbury when he replied saying he wouldn't be there, then when I saw Bicep were doing Awakenings, sent them a twitter SOS and they replied.

There's quite a lot of DJs will reply to you telling you whether they are playing or otherwise I reckon, I'm going to go on the prowl maybe nearer the time. Bicep as many times as possible is a fucking yes in my book. Shame about Jackmaster, hes played a lot the last two years though, it wasn't unexpected
