How strict are they with I'ding people because I know loads of that've gone on a 18+ ticket at 17, and I was just wondering because I'm 18 and im going with a group of people ranging from 18-20 and my little cousin who's 17 but he looks about 18 and I was wondering if he'd have any trouble?

I think you mostly answered your own question there - but such things are very much at your own risk.

2013 was my first boomtown aged 17 and no one in my group of 15 got asked for any sort of I.D. Went again last year and despite hearing rumours of people being asked for I.D I didnt know anyone who was actually asked for any form of I.D. Unless they're really cranking up security this year then I dont think it'll be an issue for your cousin

That's pretty unlikely, at worst it'll be getting a no-booze wristband I'd imagine.
