I think Fred has cooled off a bit now in the UK, no idea if he could do 100k at Wembley straight away. Perhaps as an exclusive and fairly cheap. He would sell it well for sure but not sure it would sell out
Wembley checks tickets by floor so wouldn't be an issue. That sounds weird from the venue not to be checking honestly - never heard of that before.

Also Underworld and Faithless ffs.
FWIW I actually remember Dodgy of all bands stopping their 1995 performance on the Other Stage* to get the crowd to count down and go bananas for the Channel 4 live broadcast commencing.
She may have only been 16 at the time but that was the point I knew that the malign influence of Emily Eavis would doom the festival.
Charli has two UK dates at the moment, Parklife and APE.
If she was a glasto headliner APE should have sold out straight away (like Sabrina Carpenters BST has for instance or O Rods). She's not there yet and won't have new material to push her to it by June
Lots of acts have countdown clocks ticking down until they hit the stage. That Coldplay used an old BBC one from the 80s reminiscent of what was shown before kids tv programming was - I think - just an artistic choice.
