Sunday forecasts on Tuesday won't be all that accurate, but usually when there's heavy rain forecast it'll arrive some time. Depends what the time differential is, really.

I am there at the moment with a settler's pass and so far the ground is holding up OK. It rained on to bone dry ground so a lot has run off - I think mud will depend on whether it can stay mainly dry til Sun (which looks like a repeat of today - but it wasn't so bad tbh)

I wouldn't go as far as mud free... Perhaps just patches on very trafficked parts if there are more showers. There'll be some grass. I think it really depends on how dry, sunny and breezy tomorrow is, and how bad the weather on sun is.

Any suggestions of where to camp/avoid with regards to the potential rain/mud?

There aren't any areas which would flood even in torrential rain I don't think. It runs off into the river (which wouldn't flood) - to avoid mud I'd just try and be slightly set back from a fire lane in case they get churned up. But at the moment the ground is still firm - keep thinking dry thoughts!

Just looked at the line up and wished I was going. if anyone has at least a passing interest in classic James Brown, Otis Redding style soul make sure that you see Charles Bradley - you won't be dissapointed
