Yellow_Fellow
I reckon Catfish and the Bottlemen and The 1975 will be Sportbeat headliners before the decade is out. But that suggests they'll headline at least once

Harrids1997
Catfish to do a Jake Bugg and subheadline next year off their second album
DGrant261
Catfish to do a Jake Bugg and subheadline next year off their second album If they can get an album out quickly this year, yeah that seems plausible Edit; Actually on the topic of Jake Bugg, what do all reckon the future holds for him? Could he really be a headline act after another successful album? Edited April 10, 2015 by DGrant261

Could he really be a headline act after another successful album? I'm not sure how much bigger Jake Bugg will get, can see him staying at this sort of level for a bit before dropping away. I hope that's what happens anyway.
dentalplan
I definitely do not. The boot he was given up the lineup this year obviously raised many an eyebrow and it's safe to say it didn't pay off considering how little mention he had despite playing massive slots at the three festivals with the widest TV coverage. I don't even reckon he'll stay at the level he was last year; he'll probably drop down the bills a little or do smaller events.
Matt42
Next time jake bugg comes back will be as an NME headliner I reckon. Similar to with Bombay in 2013. Not really a step up in terms of size and not really a massive decline.
dentalplan
Jake Bugg's next album will be trip hop and he won't be right for the festival anymore.
Andre91
I think that The 1975 will become headliners for sure.
Gucci Piggy
That Sportbeat lineup has Matt42's mate Isaiah Dreads on it. Small world.
justanothername
It is hard to tell at this stage whether they'll end up being a Twang or an Arctic Monkeys (In terms of size NOT quality). In all honesty I can see their fan base sticking around for the long term If they were going to be ending up the size of the Arctic Monkeys you'd know by now
JSmurphy
Can see The 1975 having a high slot at V on their next album, possibly headline R&L on their 3rd album if they're equally as popular as the first.

Bisque
Let's be honest... us forum posters really over analyse who's playing where & what slots but at the end of the day it's teenagers going to get pissed up with their mates, without mom & dad looking over their shoulder & Jake Bugg is popular with them. "Flash in the pan" success or not. They'll stick on whatever's popular at the time, hence, oh my, shivers, didn't go, Razorlight headlining. DGrant261
Maybe something like this? Florence + The Machine Two Door Cinema Club Bloc Party The Prodigy Foals Imagine Dragons Tame Impala MUSE Disclosure CHVRCHES Florence/Bloc Party have to similar a fanbase to clash unless they put a closing set in there Foals probably won't be subbing, it'll be headline on nothing when they next play I'd fancy Chvrches on the main stage next time they play, especially if Disclosure are playing that day Personally don't think TDCC will be considered sub size, but others on here do
giantwagon
Foals probably won't be subbing, it'll be headline on nothing when they next play I think the fact that he highlighted both Foals & The Prodigy meant that he was predicting a co-headline. I highlighted Foals cause I see them co-headlining with The Prodigy. Perhaps get you on CHVRCHES. Think either headline R1 on 3rd/4th Main for them. Well, Melvin clearly thinks TDCC are big enough. He booked them to headline Latitude last year.
LondonTom
Christ on a bike, that really is fucking awful. I like Matt Cardle. and McBusted, we get it you like shit music Foals probably won't be subbing, it'll be headline on nothing when they next play I very much doubt it will be an or nothing, situation with them, would depending entirely how well the album went down/what sort of venues they were playing etc. etc.
