TheSilence
Yeah I can't see Better Call being cancelled soon, so I'd say it's entirely up to the creators when they want to end the series, for now at least. I think it's fantastic that BrBa is having new life breathed into it by Better Call, but recently that's all I feel Better Call is, an extension of Breaking Bad. The first few episodes really got me interested and I didn't even think of Breaking Bad whilst watching it but recently I've been finding it hard to see past the fact it is just a BrBa spin off (A great one nonetheless.) To be fair, though, this may be down to me re-watching Breaking Bad at the same time as watching Better Call, so I've been reminded of BrBa's near-flawlessness. Bisque
Looks like I've got a bit of catching up to do. Is the series getting better?
WS_Jack_III
It's just been consistently fantastic since it began.
Bisque
It's just been consistently fantastic since it began. I didn't find the first maybe second (if I remember correctly) episodes amazing but I didn't mind as it's setting the whole series up from the off. I'll pop round my mate who has Netflix & a monster TV & catch up this weekend.

TheJackson
Just caught up on last weeks episode, which was another great one! Was weird to see chuck in a normal environment.
FloorFiller
sounding like a broken record now but another brilliant episode today! loved Mike's little drug deal
WS_Jack_III
Yep great again. Anybody recognise the actor at the hired help line up? If you are into video games and you've played a certain blockbuster game then you should do. Edited March 31, 2015 by III

ThomThomDrum
Great episode. I love the irony of it all. Chucks "love of the law" allows for the creation of the criminal lawyer we know and love. Felt really sorry for Saul at the end. As for Mike? The man is just shit cool. viberunner
I'm wondering if next weeks final episode... Will be the start of Saul Goodman. He no longer has the "fight" against the other McGill (it was his brother all along) and presumably not wanting to keep the same surname as his brother either.0 Will he hand over the class action and the other McGill say "thanks, Jimmy" and he say "it's all good, man" and KERCHING lightbulb-above-head moment? Maybe.
ThomThomDrum
I'm wondering if next weeks final episode... Is there any need to spoiler a theory? Surely not. This thread should not have any spoilers on it as far as I can see unless someone manages to view an episode prior to Netflix UK releasing it
viberunner
Is there any need to spoiler a theory? Surely not. As it contains the major plot development of the episode just released, yes I think so. Spoiler tags are like guns - it's better to have one and not need it than need it and not have one. ThomThomDrum
As it contains the major plot development of the episode just released, yes I think so. But im under the impression that this thread can say what it wants about episodes once they are released on Netflix UK. I dont think anyone with a brain-cell in their head would visit this thread after a Tuesday if they have not watched the latest episode............ WS_Jack_III
We've discussed this. No spoilers needed as people who haven't seen the episode should not be clicking on the thread. Fairly obvious we will be discussing the episode.
ClemFandango97
Finale was pretty good and even though it wasn't the most action packed (as far as action goes within this series) it built up to a really interesting close. Still a bit surprised as to why Jimmy just spurned the job in Santa Fe, which Kim made sound pretty prosperous, but I guess they'll go into that next series. It's rumoured that Gus Fring will be in it as part of Mike's storylines which could definitely be interesting. FloorFiller
aye definitely not the episode i was expecting - no real closure or anything. goddamn having to wait a year for the next series. this one seemed far too short. glad the next has an extra three episodes hope the Gus info is right. it seems like a good logical progression for Mike's storyline (although maybe they wouldn't want to jump in to that too soon)
TenInchToenaiIs
Pretty poor episode IMO, especially for a finale. Nothing really happened
FloorFiller
Pretty poor episode IMO, especially for a finale. Nothing really happened i liked seeing the whole con thing again (although saw his mate dying a mile off), but yeah, didn't progress the story at all really
Ipayne
Yep, quite a strange finale but good nonetheless!
WS_Jack_III
Yeah i was expecting more of a rebellious Jimmy and the episode to have a little more bang to it. Felt more like one of the middle episodes than a finale. Stil good though. Best season of television since Breaking Bad.
TheSilence
I get the feeling they didn't know/think there would be a second season when the finale was made- that's why there was no real cliff hanger or whatever else you'd expect from a finale. They had to have it made with the possibility that it could lead directly into Breaking Bad, rather than leading into a second series.
