Top 3 for me were
1) Sprints at New Century Hall last month
2) Underworld at Factory International in April
3) Pete Wylie at Brudenell in March
Honourable mention also for Depeche Mode at AO Arena in January
I went for the cheapest tix at the London O2 show in July, which was about £65.
Maybe it's my inherent stinginess that feels narked it was double what it was in 2009 when I first saw them, or that a standing ticket was another £40 on top of the £75 range that the 2022 summer stadium shows are. But it's almost by the by to moan about gig tickets at this moment in time given how much the price of them has skyrocketed since covid. Bloody covid.
On the cheaper end I saw tribute act The Fillers at a club in Milton Keynes a year and a half ago, who Ronnie has jammed with before. That was good fun.
