It's scaremongering on his part to try and force the licence to be granted., which I think will be. Some rearrangement of the site to satisfy the council and it'll get go ahead.

Ticketmaster would stand to make around 9 quid booking fee on every ticket. Refund would only be face value. Booking fee would be retained by TM

Ticketmaster and DFC are both owned by the same company anyway - LiveNation - so if they do cancel TITP, and if Ticketmaster do keep the booking fee, DFC will still make money out of us that's bought tickets.

You'd be naive to think there isn't a back up should it go wrong and that DF are just sitting twiddling their thumbs waiting on a final decision in May.
