New Festival replacing Rockness?

Posted this in the old forums but not sure if it'll get noticed. It would appear Rockness is to be replaced with a new festival on the same site but going back to being more of a dance festival again. I imagine they are changing the name because the less 'Rock' associated with it, the better to attract it's core fans which are clubbers and dance music fans. Here's hoping it happens.

I'm wondering how this'll go - it's not like the line-up is utterly fantastic to have thousands travel that awkward distance for a one-nighter.

It's good to see them trying, anyway.

Totally agree, it's not the cheapest either at £75 inc camping.... fingers crossed they pull it off.

I'm happy about the line-up because you know they are trying to target the original rockness audience and are trying to get it back to what it originally was. The vibe will be quality and I'll most probably look at getting a ticket once i've finished work.

Seen all the acts numerous times and its a decent enough spread they are putting on.
