Beautiful Days with a 10 week old

I'd camp in the family camping rather than the main camping the other side of the arena - okay so you'll need transport to get your little one or sling or similar - if using the latter remember to have sturdy footwear so you don't slip.

I think as long as you have the baby changing stuff, warm/waterproof clothes and some ear defenders they should be happy. There's a very little ones play tipi at the bottom end of the kids field usually, and don't forget even babes in arms need tickets.

All of our kids are BD's veterans now, and at least two of them had their first experiences there when only a number of weeks old. Its all achievable and loads of fun, aim for the Redwood family camping and you're onto a winner, you'll be surrounded by other families and kids of all ages. Enjoy!

We took out daughter to Glastonbury when she was 6 weeks old (only for the day) and used a Babasling to carry her around, that worked well.

Normal pushchairs and fields dont mix well, I use a bike trailer to push ours around in now. Never tried the bike trailer with such a small baby but I would imagine you could make it quite comfy with some pillows.
