Best area to camp ?

We haven`t been to The I.O.W Festival since 2006 & would like to know

the best area to camp Please

I would say not on the IoW - possibly any other festival on at the time. It's the only time I've hated a festival but the only time I've been to a truly corporate rip off.

I was last camped there in 2012, and I think we were in what used to be called White 2. It was West of where the fairground rides are (or the top section of the map they do). Don't bother with purple, it's fucking miles away. Bearing in mind you.Can't take your drinks.throigh to the arena, it's handy to not have to.go back too fare to have a.cheaper drink.

As Grumpy says, it's very corporate, and you will be looking at around 4.50 - 5 quid for a pint of strongbow or carling.

Its a good starter festival, with a good line up, but once.You have been to a.proper festival, you will realise that even the lineup doesn't make the festival appeal in any way shape or form
