Sure, but maybe they should. Regional festivals working in closed circles are hardly the most exciting. None of the bigger European festivals use this regional thinking.

There’s still an element of “stuck in the past” when it comes to booking artists for the Pyramid. Yes I know we’ve had the likes of Stormzy, Billie and Dua Lipa in recent years, but headliner bookings of that nature are in the minority
I would think they would be one of the names they would be after. In recent years we seem to get one artist not doing the general Superstruct circuit and Florence & The Machine would be a good shout for that slot.
