No. Its a temporary tent used for the build.  Usually has carpenters in it and usually comes down late Tuesday or early Wednesday.

Surely I can't be the only one who has spent the last 10 minutes looking through all of the pathways to see if any puddles are visible?

Thank you.  Couldn't remember is the Arcadia bar had a name and spaceport seemed to fit the bill.
