This is interesting. It looks like some kind of LED display or screen. Can't read what it says though. Looks like it might be coming from a tower in the Pyramid field but might be wrong

cherry picker seems to be for screen surrounds .... someone up one of the towers behind pyramid here ? really intrigued what these are for .... helicopter doesnt seem to have changed much from webcam at least , wonder if theyve done any night testing on it yet ?

If the NOTAM location info posted earlier in this thread is correct, they're going to be directly behind the webcam.
